Katamon Renovation
This 64 meter pre-mandate Katamon apartment underwent a total renovation.

The wall immediately opposite the entrance door was removed and replaced with an arched entrance in keeping with the middle Eastern style of the high ceilinged home.

The original bedroom and kitchen areas were transformed into a large living area washed with natural light.

Redesigning of the overall apartment layout and repositioning of the kitchen and bathroom expanded their size and functionality.
